Jungle House Publications, located on Sanibel Island, Florida, was founded in 2005 with the purpose of providing entertaining books for children to promote the joy of reading, wildlife education, and positive life lessons. The stories involve wildlife characters in natural environments.

Kyle L. Miller

        Kyle L. Miller, was nominated for the Angels of the Arts Award in the category of Literary Artist of the Year (2007) by the Lee County, Florida, Alliance for the Arts.  This nomination was the direct result of writing her first children's book,   DILLO – A Baby Armadillo's Adventure on Sanibel Island, illustrated by Randon T. Eddy.

         Earning advanced degrees in physical education and counseling psychology, Kyle has incorporated her education and love of wildlife into her writing.  As a resident of Sanibel, Florida, through her writing, she found a way to teach her four grandchildren about the fascinating wildlife and environment in Florida. She also added a few important life lessons in the process.

         Kyle is currently working on her next book about shore birds and wildlife on the beach.

        When not working on the computer, Kyle enjoys biking, tennis, walking on the beach, and going to the movies. She also volunteers at the local playhouse theater and CROW, one of the nations leading wildlife rehabilitation hospitals.

Randon T. Eddy

      Artist, illustrator, and author, Randon T. Eddy, of Sanibel, Florida, has found a constant source of inspiration in the wildlife and scenery of Southwest Florida.

      In February of 2008, Ms. Eddy was nominated for the Angels of the Arts Award for Visual Artist of the Year, by the Lee County, Florida, Alliance for the Arts. 

        DILLO – A Baby Armadillo's Adventure on Sanibel Island, written by Kyle L. Miller, is Ms. Eddy's first venture into illustrating children's books.  As a companion to the book she created,  DILLO - The Coloring Book, in 2006.

      In 2007, Ms. Eddy wrote and illustrated her first children's picture book, The  Mysterious Creature, published by Jungle House Publications.
